Seventh Son Synopsis
In a time of enchantments when legends and magic collide, the sole remaining warrior of a mystical order (Oscar® winner Jeff Bridges) travels to find a prophesized hero born with incredible powers, the last Seventh Son (Ben Barnes). Torn from his quiet life as a farmhand, the unlikely young hero embarks on a daring adventure with his battle-hardened mentor to vanquish a dark queen (Julianne Moore) and the army of supernatural assassins she has dispatched against their kingdom.
Sergei Bodrov directed Seventh Son from a screenplay by Charles Leavitt and Steve Knight and a screen story by Matt Greenberg, based on the book series “The Last Apprentice” by Joseph Delaney. The film is produced by Basil Iwanyk, Thomas Tull and Lionel Wigram. Jon Jashni, Brent O’Connor and Alysia Cotter are executive producers, with Jillian Share and Erica Lee co-producing. The film will be released in 3D.
Seventh Son Movie Review
<Seventh Son> is an action and adventure movie which is the last seventh son fight against Mother Malkin with Master Gregory. Master Gregory find the last seventh son, Tom Ward because the rest of his apprentice died because of the dark queen, Mother Malkin. During the journey to Mother Malkin's place, Tom met Alice, whom her mother's sister is Mother Malkin. Her job is to spy on where both Tom Ward and Master Gregory going. One time, Mother Malkin and her assassins attacked a town and Tom's mother (is a witch) who defend the town. At last, she was killed by Mother Malkin because her necklace (which is belongs to Mother Malkin perviously) was gave to Tom, and it was steal by Alice. When Tom and Master Gregory was attacked by her assassins while they are on the journey, Tom fall from the cliff, and everyone thought he was dead. Tom's mother's spirit gave him hope to find the necklace and fight with Mother Malkin. That time Master Gregory was caught and brought to Mother Malkin's place. That time, Alice realized what Mother Malkin done and betray her, she was very mad with it and Alice's mother try to defend on her daughter. At the same time, Tom Ward reached the place and fight with the villains. Finally, they won the fight and now Tom Ward was become the Spook like Master Gregory.
