How to get my god damn muscle?
Is kinda need some scarification of your body soul....
what i meant the Soul is the training is hard...Not you train one day or two week you will get the effect... Is take a long time....
i start training since I'm form three... that time is my growing time, so i take a lot of nutrient... including egg, the most element to build up my muscle-protein.
so, about the training i start with the simple step: Push-up (Now can do 100 times one push; it depends on your limit arm strength), Jogging about 45minutes (3 times a week if u're buzzy)... then take care of the food you take, eat balance diet. Don't save on the food you take, if you really want to build up your muscle.……
my last advise is: Push-up daily 300 times a day (for beginner try 150 times a day, can be take turn) position is the leg put on your waist level, which meant your upper is facing down the land... take or play at gymnasium for 2 hours fourth times a week... If don't have time, do at home also the same...
